As part of the ITI Fund portfolio, we’re seeking a Business Development Assistant to join our team and fuel our growth. In this role, you’ll work directly with our founders and Board of Directors, collaborating with diverse shareholders and partners to bring innovative ideas to life. We value fresh perspectives and are looking for individuals who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, learn, and grow alongside us. 

Two years of experience is preferred, but not essential. We offer comprehensive training programs designed to equip you with the skills you need to excel in this position. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Leverage an existing database to execute cold calls, send introductory emails, schedule meetings, and expand the prospect database based on guidelines. 

• Engage professionally with prospects in Vietnamese and English, handling rejections with resilience and a proactive approach. 

• Manage high volumes of calls, emails, and daily workflows efficiently while maintaining detailed records to oversee a large prospect base effectively. 

• Work closely with the founding team to align strategies, support key projects, and ensure seamless execution of sales operations. 

• Support founders and BOD in preparing internal reports, pitch decks and other fundraising tasks upon request. 

Ideal Candidate Profile 

• Fluency in both Vietnamese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Proven ability to excel in cold calling and customer outreach, maintaining a confident and professional demeanor. 

• Good at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and ensuring efficiency in a dynamic work environment. 

• Thrives in fast-paced startup settings, demonstrating a positive and can-do attitude in handling challenges. 

• High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for continuous learning, client engagement, and exceptional service delivery.
