[ITI Fund’s Recruitment] Partnerships & Communications Intern

ITI FUND (Increase–Together–Innovation Fund) is a corporate venture capital (CVC) established by 4M Group. All of this is done under the government’s orientation and advocacy and Viet Nam’s entrepreneur community, averaging the value of local specialities globally.

We are looking to hire a young and dynamic intern at our lovely HCMC headquarters. 

Job Description 

• Assistant external relations (40% workload): Assist in organizing meetings with partners (scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, compiling records/minutes, and other administrative tasks…) 
• Research (30% of workload): Conduct market research on current trending topics/brands/events about startups and investment. 
• Communication development (20% of workload): Create editorial and content calendars for various media platforms and outlets (Website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). 
• Other (10% of workload): Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and work if required. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Strong desire to learn in a professional manner 
• Well-organized, self-motivated, both working individually and as a team member 
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese 
• English communication is a plus. 
• Proficiency with graphic design (Canva, PS, AI) and MS Office skills.
